1 . Wor, Guangdong by Domani
Back in the day, Domani had rejected a rather traditional store design ideas to create a more ‘strange and angular space’ for 1 Wor, which is a fashion brand that offers to its customers curated and selected pieces from various designers from across the globe.
This boutique had features that were blush pink in colour with sea green coloured and golden wall partitions. This was intersected by a busy grid with mirrored ceilings that were very aesthetic.
2. Wild Horse Ridge, Zhejiang by the Interior Design Architecture
It is situated in the ancient rural village of Malingjiao. The Wild Horse Ridge was created by Interior Design Architecture which was to be a place for ‘friendly gathering in the mountains’. This was the idea provided by the interior design solutions provider to make the Wild Horse Ridge stand out.
It occupies a series of abandoned houses, stone walls, black timber ceilings, abundance of plants that were placed there for lushness which was concealed with a watering system.
3. Shanghai Apartment, Shanghai by Atelier Tao + C
Floor to ceiling oak bookshelves were erected by Atlelier around the perimeters of the apartment which was turned into a huge library. This was set within one of the high rise buildings of the residential form in Shanghai. This home also included white marble bathroom, a mezzanine, glass-encased bedroom where all the inhabitants could also escape to read. The interior design ideas for the library is meant for book lovers and collectors alike.
4. Oro Tiramisuteca by Nong Studios in Shanghai
The Non Studio tried to channel the Italian style in the whole café situated in Shanghai that specializes in the making of a dessert called tiramisu.
The service counter that was grooved was made up of walnut wood, and an adjacent wall to the same is covered in pink wallpapers that had a kaleidoscopic print on it. These velvet chairs added an extra touch of opulence.
5. Hangzhou Fuhun Kaiyuafang Grassland Country Hotel by Caaladi
This hotel is serene because the grand guest suites of this hotel nestle against the shore of Jiandefuhum River that are meant to mimic the more humble dwellings of the tribes that resided by the water which dates back to as early as 14 century.
The interiors of this place are entirely covered in wood and are also dressed up with furnishing that is cool-toned. The guests can observe the local wildlife as the skylights in the ceilings in the room serve as ‘picture frames’.
The brilliance that lies in the eyes, the mind and the hands of a Chinese architect are out of the world and cannot be matched.
